This blog is a notebook on my brewing experimentations and projects. I'm hoping to start tracking things better this way with more detailed note taking and dates. Often times there isn't enough space in my physical homebrewing journal for everything to fit. I also find dumping all my tidbits in the notes section of Brewfather tends to carry over to every brew (or copy) of that recipe, which I don't want particularly for cold side notes. Putting this information here allows not only more room to explain but doesn't pollute new batch notes and at the same time may be helpful for someone else out there as well. Happy homebrewing!
